Pneumatic concrete placers
Pneumatic concrete placers designed for mixing and pumping of cement to the placing points and send solutions with mobility from 3 cm to 5 cm, determined according to National State Standard № 5802-86, and of cement with hardness from 16 s to 32 s, determined by National State Standard № 10181.0-81 and with max fraction particle size to 30 mm, at a distance up to 200 m horizontally and 60 m vertically (diameter of mortar pipeline, pumping distance and compressors capacity depends on fraction size of the filler, density and mobility of the solution, see table №1).
Operation principle of pneumatic concrete placers is based on pumping the solution through flexible pipe to the placing point by means of compressed air.
Preparation of solution is carried out in 300 – 1000 l capacity tank by enforced mixing of blades located on a shaft, which rotates by motor-reducer. After solution preparation the tank should be hermetically closed with hatch. The tank is filled with pressurized air and prepared mixture is pumping by pressure through the flexible pipe to the placing point.
Pneumatic concrete placer is connected with three-phase AC network of 50Hz frequency and 380V voltage with dead grounded neutral through residual current device. Depending on pneumatic concrete placer’s model, cable size is selected according to table № 2. Has mild climate modification (У), 1 location category according to National State Standard № 15150-69 under temperature of environment from -5 to +40 0С.
Mainly these equipment is used for:
- floor pouring;
- monolithic building using panel formwork;
- maintaining and reconstruction works, where can’t be used traditional methods of solution pumping to the placing point;
- building and reconstruction works in mines, subways, where it is impossible to use large equipment;
- low floor building;
- supplying different construction materials (foam concrete, polystyrene concrete, shruff, keramzit etc.);
- pneumatic concrete placers can be used in complex with foam generator for production and pumping of foam concrete.
Main advantages of pneumatic concrete placer:

- can work in conditions when hoisting cranes installation is impossible (dense buildings, low-floor building);

Pneumatic concrete placer СО-242М
Application places: preparation and pumping of solutions and light cements with density to 2400 kg/m3, for floor, floor slabs and walls pouring.
This equipment is used on the opened areas, provided with electricity and water.

Compressor and mixer (300 L volume) are installed on common chassis and have common control box.
It is receiver that is installed on pneumatic concrete placer for pneumatic tools connection (jackhammer, air rammers, paint sprayers etc.).
The placer is equipped with drawbar that helps to transport pneumatic concrete placer without any special lifting equipment on short distances within building site and city. 3 people are enough for operation.
Pneumatic concrete placer СО-242МА
Application places: for preparation and pumping of solutions and light concrete for floor, floor slabs and walls pouring. This equipment is used on the opened areas, provided with electricity and water.

Compressor and mixer (300 L volume) are installed on common chassis and have common control box.
It is mounted on a sprung chassis and equipped with car drawbar that allows transporting it as a trailer on short distances within building site and city. 3 people are enough for operation.

Supplied without compressor, operates on outer source of compressed air. Has two modifications: installed on chassis and on sledge runners. Absence of compressor allows to reduce price significantly, narrow the sizes and reduce weight of this pneumatic concrete placer. 3 people are enough for operation.
Torkret pneumatic concrete placer СО-241Т
Used for wet torkret process, during repair and restoration works.
Application places: Тorkreting of surfaces with concrete or others solutions (piers blast furnaces, subways, boiler tubes, bridge supports, etc.).
Allows putting 1-3 cm layer per one pass.
Due to high speed of pumping solution the layer is dense and monolithic, low percentage of media rebound.

Pneumatic concrete placers ПН-600, ПН-1000
Pneumatic concrete placers ПН-600 and ПН-1000 are designed for preparation and pumping of various building solutions and concretes. The main differences are increased volume of the mixer and motor reducer capacity. Effective with using of pumping motor pipeline with diameter Ø76-100 mm and when loading solution directly into mixer that allows increasing solution fraction and significantly increase productivity.
